As Colorado Pub Company's first restaurant, Darcy's paved the way for a new concept in metro Denver dining. It was the first to combine the ambience of an Irish pub – complete with a bar that harkens back to Ireland – with the gourmet food of an upscale bistro.

Darcy's successfully combines traditional Irish fare, such as corned beef and cabbage, with great steaks and fresh seafood, delicious tapas (Spanish small plates), salads and sandwiches.

The décor is lush with leather booths, hand-painted tiles and an expansive mahogany bar, but the feeling is of comfort. A warm library offers quiet dining while the open pub and seating areas are light and playful, particularly the open air patio.

The Happy Hour crowd at Darcy's enjoys the numerous cask-conditioned beers on tap, spirits – Irish and otherwise – and an extensive wine list.
